Going through my folders and deleting a bunch of old stuff. Wanted to post this up for posterity. Draft for a series of tiles to get printed on heavy cardstock, used in various miniatures games (with and without hex grids). Later this would have been a great Kickstarter project, but at the time there wasn’t any great way to build up a market and confidently order enough to make the price reasonable. These days I don’t do enough drawing and graphics work to crank these out.

Vector Art Imperial Aquila
In the course of working on materials for the LibertyHammer narrative event, I finally got tired of not having a vector art Imperial Aquila handy. So I traced over an unattributed drawing that’s been kicking around the web forever. I can’t take much credit and it’s Games Workshop’s design anyway, but there doesn’t seem to be a lot of 40k vector art readily available so perhaps others will find this useful. Just for convenience, the file has two versions: One all unified into a single path as you would normally use it, and one still in its constituent parts for doing alternate coloring schemes, making variants, bookending, and so on.
The Imperial Aquila design is copyright Games Workshop, used without permission, no challenge to status intended, all rights reserved to their respective owners.
