Reviews, notes, and random texts on gaming from RocketShip Games:
Adding to our downloadable terrain, we have just posted Alien Altars, a set of templates and a construction tutorial for some simple but appealing pieces. These are straightforward for beginning terrain modelers to construct over the course of a day or weekend, and can be done in pretty dramatic---and bloody!---fashion. Check it out on the Alien Altars page!
We have also jumped on the bandwagon and started a RocketShip Games Blog. It'll include updates on current projects, thoughts on games and game design, and any number of other topics. Check it out today and look forward to more good stuff to come!
Expanding our collection of gaming tokens and accessories, RocketShip Games is happy to announce Imperial Commands, a set of status and order markers for science fiction and modern era miniatures gaming. In particular, the tokens have been designed to support players of the excellent new Warhammer 40,000: Fifth Edition. All of the Imperial Commands PDFs are free downloads, so check them out today! Guides to mounting the tokens on foamcore and using them in 40k are also available on the page.
RocketShip Games is pleased to announce another offering of highly useful gaming accessories---Damage and Control! The first volume of this series features several sets of tokens and markers for use in a variety of game types and genres, including kills, damage, foot command, and space combat. We have one PDF for free download, as well as several inexpensive PDFs and physical pieces for purchase! These are a great way to cheaply prototype a new design or simply augment existing games. Check out DnC today!
